Ballet for the Littles is a ballet program dedicated to the youngest dancers. With young bones and muscles in mind, training at this level is focused on floor barre and musicality. Students are typically between ages five and eight and do not need to audition.

Ballet for the Littles has two levels: 1 and 2. Level 1 is for absolute beginners with no or limited ballet training. Level 2 is for dancers with some classical training. Both groups work on skills like posture, first and second positions, arm placement, skipping, plies, and proper pointing.

Both levels have the option to perform in the annual Dance Festival, but participation is not mandatory.

Dancers should be at least age 5, although mature 4 year olds can be admitted via audition.
